The thirty Speckle Park exhibits were judged by Darren Hipkin, an Angus breeder from Sherwood Park, Alberta. The exhibits came from six herds and included three exhibits of two junior members.

A pen of ten Speckle Park influence bred heifers competed last weekend in the Farmfair Top 10 Commercial Pen of 10 Bred Heifer Show and Sale on November 11th and 12th in Edmonton, Alberta. The Speckle Park entry came from the Clarindy Cattle Company of Cindy and Clarence Beeching in Coronation, Alberta. Cindy and Clarence are members of the CSPA.

Another excellent sale! Five Speckle Park breeders consigned 19 head of Speckle Park in the Hill Country Classic Shorthorn and Speckle Park Sale. The Hill Country Classic was held at the Matlock Stock Farm, Lloydminster, SK.

With record prices over 230 head of Speckle Park influenced feeder calves were sold at Ponoka, AB, on October 15, 2011. In an already strong feeder market in Alberta, Speckle Park topped this market.
Speckle Park make news in Wisconsin
Speckle Park were a popular attraction at the fair in Wisconsin. An article published in the Antigo Daily Journal featured the breed, along with Samantha Straley and Roseann Hoffman, saying:
"The famed Budweiser Clydesdales are not the only rare and special animals at the Langlade County fairgrounds this week."
$8,000 in prize money up for Calgary Stampede
The Canadian Speckle Park Association along with Codiak Acres, River Hill Farm and Six Star Speckle Park have put up a total of $8,000 to reward Speckle Park success at the Calgary Stampede Steer Classic and Carcass Competitions.
Summit 3 Sale sets high pace for Speckle Park
More than 500 spectators gathered along with the 150 online viewers to take in the first ever Speckle Park production sale in Canada at Northland’s Edmonton Expo Centre on April 2, 2011.
Consignors Codiak Acres (Ardrossan, Alberta), River Hill Farm and Six Star Cattle Co. (Neilburg, Saskatchewan) offered a tremendous set of cattle and genetics for bidders from five Canadian provinces, four American states, Australia, England and New Zealand.
