Hill Country Classic Shorthorn and Speckle Park Sale Results

Another excellent sale! Five Speckle Park breeders consigned 19 head of Speckle Park in the Hill Country Classic Shorthorn and Speckle Park Sale. The Hill Country Classic was held at the Matlock Stock Farm, Lloydminster, SK.

This was the second of two back to back Speckle Park sales on the same weekend. Excellent results for both.

SALE RESULTS SUMMARY

Heifer Calves: 10 lots averaged $2,440 with a range from $2,000 to $3,500.

Bred Heifer: 6 lots averaged $4,883 with a range from $3,800 to $7,500.

Bull Calves: 2 lots averaged $3,100.

One Prospect Steer sold for $1,275.

The average on 19 lots was $3,247.

The high selling lot was Roland Chibri's bred heifer Raina II Of P.A.R.121X for $7500.

Another great sale for Speckle Park made some very pleased consignors. The Speckle Park animals found new homes as far east as Ontario.
